Order Processing
All Hydra pieces are made-to-order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping. You'll receive an email with tracking once your piece is on its way.

*Note custom orders will have custom timelines.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard (Australia Post): 10–14 business days

• Express (Australia Post): 3-6 business days
  Shipping times may vary depending on location and peak periods.*Please note this is not including the production period*

International Shipping
Currently not available. We’re working to launch international shipping in the next phase of our rollout—stay tuned.

Packaging
All orders are packaged in custom Hydra boxes with care.
