Due to the made-to-order and limited-edition nature of our jewelry, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Custom commissions are final sale.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom-made pieces, including grillz and bespoke jewelry.
